These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, packages, and use of the website www.systemicfieldwork.com. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services & Pricing

Introductory Call (Free)
A free 20-minute phone or video call to explore whether working together is a good fit.
Single Session – £50
A one-off 60-minute 1:1 session.
4-Session Package – £180
Includes four 60-minute sessions. You select the first date at checkout; the remaining sessions are scheduled with me after the first session.
8-Session Package – £340
Includes eight 60-minute sessions. You select the first date at checkout; the remaining sessions are scheduled with me after the first session.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking through the website checkout system.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. For packages, only the first session is booked online; the remaining sessions will be arranged directly with me.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session free of charge if you contact me at least 48 hours in advance.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in the session being considered used.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

I do not offer refunds for single sessions or packages once booked unless I need to cancel a session on my end.
If I need to cancel, I will either issue a full refund or offer a new date.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Package Terms

Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
The 4-session package must be used within 6 months, and the 8-session package within 12 months from the date of the first session.
Any unused sessions after these periods will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, we will still end at the scheduled time. Missed time cannot be carried over or rescheduled.

7. Scope of Service

Systemic constellation work and coaching are not a substitute for psychological, medical, or psychiatric care. I do not provide diagnosis or clinical treatment.

If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact your GP, medical doctor or a qualified professional service.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in strict confidence. I will not share your personal information or anything discussed during a session, unless legally required to do so (e.g. if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others).

9. Age Requirement

Sessions are available only to individuals aged 18 and over.

10. Technology & Online Sessions

If a session is held online and disrupted by technical issues (e.g. internet failure), I will offer to reschedule the session at no extra cost.

Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space for the session to support focus and confidentiality.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if I believe the work is not appropriate, safe, or beneficial — or if boundaries are not respected. If this happens, I will refund any remaining unused sessions in a package.

12. Client Responsibility

My work is based on reflection and self-inquiry. I support your awareness and insight, but you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following a session. I do not offer advice or instruction.

13. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. All text, content, and visuals are the property of Systemic Fieldwork and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
